Information and purposes
Your name, phone number, email, selected product and message are processed to assess your inquiry, prepare a quote and respond to you. Please do not include sensitive personal information. Submitting the form does not place a purchase or a binding order.
Collection and legal grounds
Information is collected electronically through the form and email. Quote handling relies on the processing condition for entering into a contract where directly related to that purpose. Technical abuse prevention is assessed under legitimate interests, provided your fundamental rights are not harmed. Optional audience measurement runs only with your permission.
Service providers
Vercel hosts the site; Resend delivers form messages, Google Workspace stores email and Cloudflare Turnstile checks for abuse. Providers may process information needed for these tasks. Opening Google Maps content connects to Google. These services may use systems outside Türkiye; this notice alone does not constitute consent or a legal safeguard for international transfers.
Retention
The retention period set for contact requests is 3 months from receipt. The company is responsible for deleting request records and related emails at the end of this period; the website does not automatically delete mailbox records. If an inquiry becomes a separate contract or statutory record, retention duties for that separate purpose must be assessed.
Audience measurement and choices
Google Analytics loads only after you allow audience measurement. No measurement is sent if you decline. Your preference is saved in your browser and can be changed using the measurement preference button. Contact field contents are not added to measurement events.
Your rights
You may ask whether your personal data is processed, why it is processed and who receives it; request correction and, where conditions are met, deletion or destruction and notification of those actions to recipients.
